Game Agenda includes playing various old and new school video games on various TVs (mostly Smash Bros. in the living room), a VR station in the breakfast nook, and a big 100" projector screen playing movies, plus a table with many card games.
Other activities include any themed events we have for the month, hookah (upon request), and our hot tub in the back yard (so bring a swimsuit).
One of our most popular features is an OPEN BAR! We may be limited on variety, so unless you want something specific, no need to bring any. Beer is a good example — we don't do beer.
We often lack mixers, so if you'd like to bring a container of OJ or soda, it'd be much appreciated.
We also collect money for food orders like pizza. We only order what we have money for. We take Cash, Cashapp, Venmo, and Paypal.
We ask everyone to read and respect our house rules. Not complying will result in being banned from future events:
- This event is direct invitation only. (Given the website by Fermin, Amber, or Kiwi counts.)
- First time coming over? Please introduce yourself to the homeowners upon arrival.
- No possession/use of drugs on premises. Cigarettes and vapes must be smoked on the sidewalk in front of the house.
- No underage drinking. Under 21? We'll offer sodas and virgin cocktails upon request.
- Friends of friends no longer get an instant invite. Let us know beforehand so we can give a direct invite.
- Anyone convicted of a felony/misdemeanor (or closely tied to one) is not welcome unless cleared through all household members.
- Please keep noise to a respectable level, especially outside after 10PM. We've had noise complaints before.
- Accidents happen — please place drinks on designated surfaces. If you spill, please clean up after yourself.
- If drinking without a designated driver, please stay for at least one hour after your last drink.
- We encourage you to spend the night if needed. We'll feed you in the morning and offer rides too.
- If you're an angry or obnoxious drunk, please limit your intake before you're asked to stop.
